What is included in the package?
Package includes the yard card phrase, one name & age, the balloons, stars & themed graphics. It also includes the setup and take down. Request full details.
Are there any additional fees?
MNM may add fees if:
- If setup is on hill where climbing is required, +$25
- Rush Orders +$25 (within 24 hours of install)
- Travel Fee (if outside coverage area) +$25
What area or cities does MNM service?
MNM yard services is located in the city of Chino, Ca area and services surrounding cities up to 20 miles. We may serve cities up to 30 miles of zip code 91708 on the weekends. Please ask if we service your city.
How do I reserve my date?
Click the "REQUEST QUOTE" tab on website to send details. MNM will reach out to you with quote.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes there is a deposit due when the contract is signed, and the remaining balance is due 48 hours before date of service. The deposit is non-refundable and/or non-transferable.
When will MNM setup the display?
Delivery/SetUp is between 6am-11am on the day of service. Setup is on the front lawn and must be real grass (no rocks, turf or hard ground). Pickup time is that night after dark. If you have other preferred setup/pickup times, include that information on the Questionnaire.
Can I choose the display colors and props?
Yes, in the Questionnaire, the Client will have the opportunity to describe the color scheme, details of your celebration, etc. MNM will come as close to the phrase based on availability. If you need something specific such as "unicorns" we may be able to order if there is enough notice.
Will I be able to order special themes such as dinosaurs, unicorns or basketball?
MNM has a large inventory of themes, however, if we don't have it, we may be able to accommodate your theme but we do require advance notice of at least three (3) weeks before the date of service. MNM is not authorized to have copyrighted or trademarked themes, such as Disney characters but we may be able to provide the yard cards in that color scheme (letters, balloons & stars yard cards).
How far in advance should I reserve my date?
It is best to reserve ASAP, as the display colors & flair are first come, first served for each Client.
Terms & Conditions as listed on contract:
LEVEL OF SERVICE: The parties agree that MNM shall furnish the Yard Card Rental Service. MNN will arrive in the morning to setup the cards and pickup the same day in the evening. Client is responsible for yard cards and equipment until it is picked up by MNM. MNM does not ring the doorbell or knock on your door to notify you of our arrival. MNM will simply send the “arrival text “ once we park at the location.
YARD CARD PHRASE: MNM will come as close to the phrase you want based on availability. Example: We may need to replace "birthday" with "bday", or "you" with "u". Each phrase will contain yard card stars, balloons and themed flair/props like a "basketball." If you would like something specific like "unicorns" we may be able to order it if there is enough notice.

Copyright/Trademark - MNM is not authorized to provide copyrighted and/or trademarked yard cards, however, MNM may be able to follow the color scheme and may be able to provide "inspired" characters.
PAYMENT: Client agrees to pay the deposit today and the remaining balance due 48 hours before the day of the event. Failure of Client to pay will result in a breach of this Agreement and will release MNM of all obligations in connection with this Agreement. The deposit payment is non-refundable and/or non-transferable.
OPERATION REQUIREMENTS: Client acknowledges {{brand.name}} must have access to level grass area prior to the rental service start time and Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the yard cards (each letter is approximately 18" wide). Yard cards are setup on the lawn of the above listed address and not on the sidewalk or other city property. The yard cards are on metal stakes which go into the ground approximately 8”. Please water your lawn two days leading to your install. Client agrees {{brand.name}} will not be held liable for any lack of service due to client’s failure to provide these minimal requirements.
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE: Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to yard cards and equipment caused by client, guests or any persons at the property. Client acknowledges that you will be charged up to $500 plus legal fees if yard signs or equipment are damaged, lost or stolen. We can not set up on fake grass or rocked areas. Please ensure the water sprinkles are turned off, do not touch or move display. If possible, water your lawn the night before. Do not attach anything to any part of the display such as balloons or streamers.
CANCELLATION & DATE CHANGE POLICY: Date change is subject to availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, time or location, the deposit/retainer shall be forfeited and service cancelled. Any cancellation occurring less than seven (7) days prior to the event date shall forfeit ALL payments received.

WEATHER - RAIN OR WIND: The yard cards are made to withstand the rain and some wind, however, if you wish to reschedule, the cancellation & date change policy will apply. Some winds may cause a shift in the setup and if the winds are too high, for the safety of others and/or to prevent any damage, MNM may have to pick up early. MNM may cancel service if winds are 20mph or more.
YARD CARD DISPLAY PHOTO RELEASE: Client agrees and understands that display photos will be used on our social media platform and marketing items (i.e.- flyers, business cards). MNM will try its best to remove or distort any numbers, street names that are on the image.
